We endeavor to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. Please choose your items carefully and read our returns policy regarding postage.
The majority of items are a flat rate of $12 regular shipping & $16 express on most orders* (*Some freight exclusions apply regarding regarding bulky items such as tall boots, winter rugs, large supplements and saddles - we reserve the right to charge shipping on any bulky orders placed but you will be rung beforehand if that's the case and it is always charged at cost). Some of these heavy items are disabled for purchasing on the website but can be order via email or over the phone, this allows us to get you the best shipping rate.
We also try to get you your items as soon as possible, most orders are shipped on the day of purchase. We endeavor to have the correct stock levels loaded on the website at all times but as we also run a physical store where we are constantly selling items throughout the day and sometimes items can go in and out of stock. We will call or email you to let you know, in most instances immediately, if something you’ve purchased is not able to be shipped straight away and give you the option of a refund, an alternative item, or to wait and give you an approximate time of arrival.

We are more than happy to ship anywhere in the world, just shoot us a message and we will quote postage for you. We do not mark postage up and charge it out at cost.
