RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return or exchange an item: please note we are not legally required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, however, refunds in this instance are completed at the management’s discretion.

You are legally entitled to choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is faulty.

Our policy regarding returns and exchanges (excluding faulty goods):

  • You MUST produce your receipt as proof of purchase
  • Items MUST be returned with 7 days of purchase
  • The item MUST be in it’s original condition with all labels attached and in it’s original packaging provided. Items MUST not be used and must be clean with no odours, so please take care when trying gear on your horse and ensure the horse is clean first. Please also ensure clothing is not soiled, ie makeup, body odour etc. Sorry, but soiled goods just cannot be accepted.
  • In the instance which an item is ‘special order’ ie we order it in especially for you, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that are purchased on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note some items that are marked on sale may have stains (these will be noted on their decriptions on the website), please check your items thoroughly before purchase as this is not reason for a return.
  • Please note that it is our policy (excepting faulty goods) that we do not refund or exchange helmets in the interest of safety, as when they leave our care we are unable to ascertain that they have been stored and handled correctly to preserve their integrity. Please note your helmet will be checked for any cosmetic or visible damage before leaving the shop.

ADDITONAL TERMS APPLYING SPECIFICALLY TO ONLINE SALES:

  • Please note you must receive written conformation from Sunshine Coast Saddlery that your return is authorized before returning any goods. Goods must be returned to Shop 3 / 2 Opal Street Cooroy QLD 4563. Exchanges & Returns completed via Australia Post or any Courier company are done so at the cost of the buyer, with the exception of incorrect or faulty goods.
  • If your order was received freight free and you would like to return your item for a refund, your funds will be refunded less the cost incurred by us to ship the items to you. We will refund you promptly and via the method of which your initial payment was received.
